I ordered an arrangement online for a friend whose mother had passed away. Someone called from the shop to say that didn't have a certain kind of flower that was in the picture of the arrangement on the web site. She called personally to see if she could replace it with a different kind of flower instead of just changing it. I thought that was great customer service! Thank you, Sabrina Simpson
